PE Back-to-school

The information on this page is to support a fit and active return to school. There are a range of workout styles for you to choose from and within this, some are given at different levels.

This selection of apps are all completely FREE and can be used in a variety of ways. They have been test driven by the PE Department, and we have all enjoyed the different benefits of using them. Some offer tracking, some offer fitness challenges, whilst others structure the workouts for you. They include a variety of trainers, motivation and goals for you to aim for.
