We accept up to 150 students into Y12 each year from our own Y11 students and a wide range of other schools in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Swindon, Oxfordshire and much further afield across the globe. Over 30% of our students join us having not studied with us before. This is our application process this year. Our entry requirements are 5 x 4 grades at GCSE including English and Maths. There is specific entry criteria for several of our A level courses.
How to enrol for September 2020 entry
Enrolment will take place on Thursday 20th and Friday 21st August in the LRC.
Internal students: you have been allocated a slot to collect your results on Thursday 20th August (see letter here.) After receiving your results, please make your way in to the LRC to complete an enrolment form.
External students: please arrive from 12pm-3pm on Thursday or between 9am-12pm on Friday to enrol. There will be facilities available for you to wash your hands before entering the school, please ensure you use them. You will need to bring a copy of your results, proof of address and proof of ID (original copies only).
Alternatively, you may wish to call to arrange your enrolment. Please telephone 01285 712302 ext 158 between 10am-2pm on the Thursday or Friday. Please email your results to firstname.lastname@example.org (if an external candidate). You can sign your enrolment form and provide ID and address documents on your first day in September.
We can also accept students into Y13 when they have studied elsewhere. If this applies to you, get in touch for a discussion about whether this is a possibility.
