There are many opportunities to develop leadership skills from standing for the traditional roles of Head Boy and Head Girl to running the School Council as Student Presidents. Students choose to apply and campaign for these roles and are elected by staff and students in a formal and open process. Our House Captains are Sixth Formers and our Charity Committee is also run by the Sixth Formers who plan, coordinate and control all charity fundraising in the school. There are also opportunities for coaching and mentoring lower school students and even becoming Literacy Leaders to develop a teaching role. We encourage you to work in primary schools delivering maths tuition as well as other subject areas.
