There are five reports and three parents’ evenings across the two years so you will always know how you’re doing and have a chance to talk to staff about your progress. In addition, you will have the email contacts of all your teachers so you can ask for updates if you have any concerns. 

Your report includes your Minimum Expected Grades (MEGs) which are based on national performance data and your prior attainment at GCSE. This is your baseline against which you set your target grades (Student target Grades STGs). You choose what you aspire to and we will support you to work towards them. Your staff will also record the grade you are working at which is your Expected Grade.  So your report will have these three grades against each subject to give you a clear picture of your progress. Your report will also have effort grades for each subject.
