Due to COVID-19 restrictions we are unable to run our usual Sixth Form Open Evening and Y11 Taster Day this year.  However, in its place we will be offering the opportunity for families to have a guided tour of the sixth form and school in November.  The tours will be 30 minutes and led by current sixth form students. Please email sixthformadmin@farmors.gloucs.sch.uk for more information.

Application process

We accept up to 150 students into Y12 each year from our own Y11 students and a wide range of other schools in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Swindon, Oxfordshire and much further afield across the globe. Over 30% of our students join us having not studied with us before. This is our application process this year. If you have missed these deadlines but are interested in a place, then get in touch for a discussion to see whether you can still apply.

  • A grade 4 in English and Maths plus at least 3 more GCSEs at grade 4 or above.  Short courses do not count.

We can also accept students into Y13 when they have studied elsewhere. If this applies to you, get in touch for a discussion about whether this is a possibility.
